Rkatsiteli Kakheti 2018 Dry Amber Wine Hand-picked Rkatsiteli grapes were fermented on skins and seeds for six months using natural yeasts in the traditional clay vessel – Qvevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is gently transferred into French oak barrels for further maturation. Deep golden color, full bodied, rich and complex, this is crafted to pair with chicken, veal and pork dishes, simply roasted or in fruit or cream sauces.
