Dry Amber Wine

Hand-picked Tsitska grapes were fermented on skins and seeds for six months using natural yeasts in the traditional clay vessel – Qvevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After six months wine was transferred into oak barrels. Wine is straw-colored and is characterized with soft and light aromas. It has a fresh fruit, citrus and field flower aromas. Followed by a long lingering finish.
