The wine is made from the highest quality Saperavi and Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. Hand-picked grapes were fermented on skins and seeds for six months using natural yeasts in the traditional clay vessel – Qvevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After six months wine was transferred into oak barrels. The wine has a dark ruby color. Aromas saturated with iris flower, blackberry, currant and cherry flavor with strong velvety tannins and balanced acidity. The aromas of the both varieties blend harmoniously with the gentle tones of aging in oak.
